MONEY-BACK POLICY

Apart from any refund rights granted by applicable law, if you purchased directly on our website and a money-back guarantee was offered at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund if all the following conditions are met:

1. You contacted us by email at hello@pcosplan.app within the applicable subscription term following your purchase of access to the “PCOS Reset Method” (i.e., within seven (7) days for the 7-Day Subscription, thirty (30) days for the 1-Month Subscription, or ninety (90) days for the 3-Month Subscription).

2. You followed the “PCOS Reset Method” for the full duration of your selected subscription term (i.e., seven (7) consecutive days, thirty (30) consecutive days, or ninety (90) consecutive days, as applicable) and can provide sufficient evidence demonstrating compliance with the requirements described in the section entitled “How to Show You Followed the ‘PCOS Reset Method’.”

We will review your request and inform you (via email) whether your request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you fail to meet any of the above conditions, your refund request may be denied.

How to Show You Followed the “PCOS Reset Method”

You may demonstrate compliance with the “PCOS Reset Method” only by providing verifiable proof that you followed the program in full accordance with its requirements.

You must submit clear screenshots and/or an unedited video recording demonstrating that you followed the plan for the full applicable subscription term (i.e., seven (7), thirty (30), or ninety (90) consecutive days, as applicable) and completed all required lessons and program components.

All evidence must be submitted by email to hello@pcosplan.app.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that only fulfilling the requirements listed above entitles you to a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee policy. For clarity, this Money-Back Guarantee does not apply in any other circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

- You believe you do not have enough time to follow the “PCOS Reset Method”;
- You find the “PCOS Reset Method” too difficult or too easy;
- You have previously received a refund under this policy.

Financial reasons for refund are also not accepted, including claims arising from expectations that no charges would apply, including misunderstandings that:

- The plan subscription fee would not be renewed or would be terminated automatically;
- The subscription would not automatically renew or that the services provided would not require payment.

A refund will not be granted if the client fails to follow the Money-Back Guarantee procedure, refuses to comply with instructions from the Customer Service team, or did not read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing a plan that does not meet their needs. Refunds are also not granted for plans purchased by mistake or based on incorrect assumptions, or if the client simply changes their mind for non-technical reasons.

If the client does not meet the above Money-Back Guarantee conditions, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.

Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the digital content purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of the contract being concluded, without additional fees and without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply if performance of the contract has begun with the client's express prior consent and acknowledgment. Clients agree to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that they will lose the right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted. In such cases, a refund will not be issued unless there is a defect in the digital content.
